Jeffrey M. Sachs - Attorney at Law
Attorney Jeffrey Sachs is engaged in the general practice of law with primary emphasis on real estate, corporate, business transactions, estate planning, banking, litigation, internet law and intellectual property.
He represents clients in matters involving real estate contracts, purchases, sales, refinances, new construction, boundary disputes, partnership disputes, landlord/tenant and other related matters. He also assists clients with organizational, financing, acquisitions, mergers, sale and planning needs in corporate, banking, employment and commercial real estate matters, as well as litigation related to these fields.
Jeffrey received his Juris Doctorate from Emory School of Law in 1982. In law school, Jeffrey served as the Editor of the Emory Law Journal. In 1982, Jeffrey was admitted to the Connecticut Bar, as well as the State Bar of Georgia.
Jeffrey's long list of well-known clients includes Chicago Title Insurance Company, Bank of America, Chase Manhattan Bank, National Republic Bank of Chicago, Target Corporation, and Lowe's Home Centers Inc.
Jeffrey has served as Town Moderator of the Town of Orange and Chairman of the Town's Memorial Day Parade.
Jeffrey has also taught paralegal courses to students in New Haven County in the areas of Commercial and Real Estate Law.
